6 percent for 10 yr ff

Alway Yesterday, 7:40 PM
So is Ryan is guaranteeing we will be #1 in year 3?

Aaron Martin Yesterday, 7:40 PM
With how it currently stands, I think PSRFA is going back to the table in a year or two and will likely leapfrog us

OD Yesterday, 7:40 PM
No guarantees.  That is just the data from existing contracts.
PSRFA will go to contract in our yr 3

nick Yesterday, 7:41 PM
I think they go back yr 3 of ours

OD Yesterday, 7:41 PM
As will renton

Aaron Martin Yesterday, 7:42 PM
I missed the start, did the BOG agree to this proposed contract or are we just going over it again?

Alway Yesterday, 7:43 PM
So was the BC’s contract a real #1 or just a projected #1

Aaron Martin Yesterday, 7:44 PM
Copy thanks dude

OD Yesterday, 7:44 PM
Not sure
On the BC

Mike Homan Yesterday, 7:46 PM
Do our comps use the same TCC
Method … damn it
Methodology

OD Yesterday, 7:49 PM
I hear you Mike…
Base wage is good for 100% of all the bargaining members as well.  Not just select groups

nick Yesterday, 7:50 PM
The fact that we were able to get all of this without giving up any scheduling flexibility can’t be over emphasized.

Mike Homan Yesterday, 7:57 PM
Fact … we have always pushed back to keep flexibility and probably gave up some $ in hand but the ability to take time off can be important

Alway Yesterday, 7:57 PM
Agreed OD. We never would or should do something that  really benefits a small group

Mike Homan Yesterday, 7:58 PM (Edited)
Except with the FMO, right? I can take care of all those pesky inspections

Alway Yesterday, 8:00 PM
@Mike Homan Just shut up and do your job!!!!

Mike Homan Yesterday, 8:02 PM
Alright then … double the inspections for everyone

Dave Yesterday, 8:13 PM
Plz quit lol

OD Yesterday, 8:14 PM
Shift bid does not have to be in contract
Gonna reject 21% because you want a couple less debits?  Wow.  3 extra SL days?

Mike Homan Yesterday, 8:15 PM
I get the ability to take time off but getting more time off is potentially problematic down the stream

Dave Yesterday, 8:16 PM
They already covered the impact of less debits. Anyone else have anything intelligent.

Mike Homan Yesterday, 8:17 PM
I say we start negotiations for the next contract right now!!!!

Mike Homan Yesterday, 8:18 PM
Our 3 cities are having horrendous budget issues.

Dave Yesterday, 8:19 PM
The entitlement you are getting a 21% raise and 3 floating sick leave days!

Shawn Miller Yesterday, 8:21 PM
I don’t want to work a 48

Rob Foppiano Yesterday, 8:22 PM
I want to work a 48!

Scott Austin Yesterday, 8:22 PM
If we bid for debits and not enough choose a 48 option does that mean we force someone into a 48 hour debit cycle?

Dave Yesterday, 8:22 PM
I want to work a 96 on 13 off

Mike Homan Yesterday, 8:23 PM (Edited)
I would say the base wage increase is needed to keep “recruitment” on pace with our region. It is difficult to explain that we get our value in our ability to take time off to a new person that has no time off to take

Aaron Martin Yesterday, 8:22 PM
I’m just here so I don’t get fined

Dave Yesterday, 8:23 PM
You’re gonna have so much money you can just pay the fine!

Scott Austin Yesterday, 8:23 PM
I’d take a 48 but that may not be an ok option for others.

Aaron Martin Yesterday, 8:23 PM
Time and place

OD Yesterday, 8:26 PM
It is important to recognize the economic totality of the deal.  Getting 21%, no matter how you whack it up (time or money) is a big win for the union.

Dave Yesterday, 8:24 PM
Just trade your debits just like everyone else

Mike Homan Yesterday, 8:26 PM
Or come to days and take off whatever day you want 👀

Dave Yesterday, 8:27 PM
Weird we have that option and flexibility

Rob Foppiano Yesterday, 8:28 PM
Freeds got 7 debits now. He doesn’t give a smoke 😂

nick Yesterday, 8:22 PM
Put me down for 96 on 12 off plz

Dave Yesterday, 8:29 PM
21% is good money in Texas 😜

nick Yesterday, 8:30 PM
